Troubleshooting Installation on mythic

Android users sometimes encounter an "Unknown source" warning when installing our mythic APK. This is normal. Go to Settings > Security and enable "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow from this source." After installation, you can disable this setting. If your device blocks the download, check that you have sufficient storage (at least 50 MB free) and a stable internet connection. Restart your device and try again. Some Android devices require you to manually grant permissions to the mythic app: open Settings > Apps > mythic, then enable Camera (for identity verification photos), Storage, and Location permissions. On iOS, mythic uses the browser's native permissions system, so Safari will prompt you for camera and microphone access when you first enter a live table. Allow these permissions so the dealer camera and chat function properly.

App Permissions and Account Security on mythic
